Build Partner Program

You bring the expertise.
I build the AI.
We split the revenue.

The easy part is building the tool. The hard part is selling it. The Build Partner program is for the people who can do the hard part because they already have the expertise and the audience.

The trade.

A partnership is a trade. Here is what each side brings and what we make together.

You bring
  • Your expertise in one industry or workflow
  • A recurring pain you hear about constantly
  • A warm audience or rolodex
I build
  • A custom AI tool that codifies your method
  • An interface your buyers will actually use
  • Hosting, updates, and maintenance
We make
  • A productized tool for your industry
  • Recurring revenue we split
  • Your name as the AI-forward voice in your domain
The deal: no upfront cost, recurring partner fee, you sell through your channel, CGA builds and operates.

How it works.

Days to a working tool, not quarters.

01
Discovery call
You walk me through the workflow, the audience, and the recurring pain. I ask the questions that find the wedge.
02
Build the tool
I build a working prototype around your method. You see it in days, not months. We iterate together until it matches the work.
03
Launch to your audience
You introduce it to your network on your own terms. CGA runs the infrastructure. You stay the public face.
04
Split the revenue
Subscribers pay through Stripe. CGA handles billing and operations. Revenue splits monthly on a recurring basis.

The filter.

Self-qualify before you reach out. This program works for a specific kind of operator, not for everyone.

Not a fit
  • You have an AI idea but no specific industry
  • You want me to find you clients for a referral fee
  • You have an audience but no recurring pain to solve
  • You want white-label exclusivity
  • You want equity but will not sell
A fit
  • 5+ years embedded in one industry or workflow
  • A recurring pain you can name in one sentence
  • A warm audience, newsletter, podcast, or rolodex
  • Comfortable being the public face of the tool
  • You want recurring revenue and reach, not a kingdom

Build Partner or Channel Partner?

CGA runs two intelligence-side partner tracks. They use different mechanics. Pick the one that fits the role you want.

Channel Partner

You connect, CGA serves the customer. You refer businesses with workflow problems. CGA builds the custom tool for them and runs the relationship. You earn 30% of every dollar collected, for as long as the customer is active. No audience required, only a network.

Build Partner (this program)

You operate, CGA builds for your audience. You bring domain expertise plus a warm audience. CGA builds the AI tool around your method. You sell it under your name, to your network. We split recurring revenue. Audience required.

Frequently asked.

How fast can you actually build a tool?
A working prototype in days, not weeks. The Brief tool launched eight days after the first concept conversation. Lead Engine shipped its CRM the same day Mizan described what was missing. Speed is the unfair advantage of agent-parallel building.
What does it cost me upfront?
Nothing. CGA builds the tool at our own cost. We make money when your audience does. That is what makes this a partnership rather than a services engagement.
How does the revenue split work?
Custom to the deal. The shape we have used: the partner takes the majority of the recurring revenue from their own audience; CGA takes a smaller recurring share to cover infrastructure plus the build investment. Exact percentages depend on the build complexity and the audience size. We agree before the build starts, in writing.
Do I keep my brand?
Yes. The tool ships under your name or your company's name, in your domain's voice. CGA is the builder, not the brand. Footer credit reads "Built by CGA Creative" and links to cgacreative.com, the same way every well-built tool credits its developer.
What if the tool does not work in market?
Then we learn what does. CGA carries the build risk. If your audience does not pay for what we made together, we revise the tool or shelve it. You owe nothing. The whole structure exists because validation belongs in the market, not on a slide deck.
Can I see what you have already built?
Yes. cgacreative.com/installations shows the tool catalog across verticals. cgacreative.com/brief is a recent build. cgacreative.com/human shows the production side. The work speaks louder than a pitch deck.
What kinds of audiences work?
Newsletters, podcasts, LinkedIn followings, industry trade groups, peer networks, alumni rolodexes, local business communities, paid communities. Size matters less than warmth. A trusted 500-person newsletter beats a cold 50,000-person mailing list.
How do I start the conversation?
DM me on LinkedIn with three specifics: the workflow, the audience, and the recurring problem. The more concrete the better. Vague pitches get vague responses. If the specifics are there, we book a discovery call.

If this is you, tell me.
