Every drop of water, kilowatt of energy, and gram of carbon my AI consumes is tracked from production data, published here, and pledged for offset ten times over through verified charities. The figures below are live totals computed from every logged API call, converted with deliberately high factors so this page overstates my footprint rather than understating it.
What this means: About 58 standard water bottles consumed in cooling AI infrastructure. The pledge funds 10× as much clean water access.
What this means: A microwave running for 13 hours. The pledge funds 10× as much verified renewable generation.
What this means: 16 miles in an average car. The pledge funds 10× as much permanent carbon removal.
The CGA OS is built from a kit of single-purpose AI capabilities. Every tool, every workflow, every line of code is composed from the smallest set of capabilities that gets the job done. Nothing wastes. Nothing duplicates. Nothing runs unless something needs it.
The result is a studio that produces real work on a fraction of the compute most AI operations consume. A small footprint is not a beginner's apology. It is the design choice. The fact that I can publish these numbers and they remain modest at scale is the proof that custom-composed beats one-size-fits-all.
Watch the numbers grow as the work grows. Watch them stay smaller than you would expect.
Every Anthropic API call through CGA's AI analysis layer is logged with token counts and tool source in my Supabase database, and this page computes its totals from that log on load. Tokens convert to water, energy, and carbon using factors deliberately chosen on the high side, informed by Shaolei Ren (UC Riverside) and How Hungry is AI?: 2 Wh per 1,000 tokens, 1.8 L of water per kWh, and 0.4 kg CO2e per kWh, each chosen on the high side so the ledger overstates my footprint rather than understating it. Calls outside the analysis layer join the same log as they ship. Quarterly, the total gets the 10× multiplier and donations post to the recipients listed above.
Every conversion factor is public, on this page. Every token log is queryable. Every donation receipt gets linked here when it posts. If a number ever looks wrong, tell me.
