A consulting practice running on nine spreadsheets and a calendar that had given up.

Taylor ran his entire practice across nine separate spreadsheets: a client list, a lead tracker, an invoice log, a scheduling sheet, a deliverables tracker, a content pipeline, a meeting-notes dump, a billable-hours timesheet, and a monthly retainer reconciliation. Plus a calendar that worked on desktop but not mobile.

Fridays disappeared into ops. Reconciling rows across tabs. Cross-referencing two client records that were almost but not quite the same. Deciding which invoice actually went out. The billable work, the work clients pay for, was losing ground to the work of holding the system together.

Not a better spreadsheet. A net-new operating layer built for how the practice actually runs.

The Command Center consolidates all nine data sources into three cloud-backed tools: a pipeline and deal tracker, a unified client and work queue, and a content and ops dashboard. Everything writes to a single database. Everything is accessible from desktop or phone. Everything updates in real time.

The spreadsheets are gone. The calendar is gone. In their place is a single screen that shows the state of the practice at any moment, and the stack that used to eat half of every Friday now runs in the background, unattended.

Five views doing work that used to live in nine places.

Every panel below is a live component of the real system, rendered here with sample data so the pattern is visible without exposing real client records.

In their words
"I was running my whole practice out of nine spreadsheets and a calendar I'd given up fighting with. One screen replaced all of it. I got like four hours of my week back, maybe more."
